1.Cancellation Policy
Students can choose to discontinue their course subscription or mock test package at any time. However, once a package is purchased and activated, the current active subscription period cannot be cancelled or paused midway.
2.Refund Policy
Since Utopia Coaching Center provides digital services (online mock tests, CBT exams, and educational content), all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds or credits for any partially used subscription periods or completed exams.
If you face any payment deduction issues where money is debited but the course is not activated, please contact us with your transaction receipt. We will activate your course within 24-48 hours.
